Today Ken operates Adelaide's leading plumbing company out of their showroom/office at 4-6 Kensington Road, Rose Park. Ken Hall Plumbers offer services in all areas of the trade from service on a domestic, commercial and property management level all the way through to construction. The company offers a complete range of services including unblocking drains, fitting tapware, hot water, roof repairs and irrigation, through to complete bathroom renovations and video inspections of sewer drains. Ken is a licensed general builder, master plumber and gas fitter, former vice-president of The South Australian Master Plumbers Association (MPA) and former national board member of the MPA Australia and over the past years has built a large, loyal client base with reliable tradespeople. We employ a team of over 45 people and provide a service with considerable expertise and vast experience into all areas of the trade. We have someone on call 24 hours a day, 365 days per year to meet your needs and promise same day service anywhere in the metro area. Our back office team co-ordinate all service calls ensuring repairs or installations are carried out to the highest professional standards demanded by Ken and his team of tradespeople. demand duo Using his Ken Hall Plumbers knowledge base, Ken developed the commercial hot water service brand 'Demand Duo' for the national and international market. Demand Duo changed the hot water industry nationally by improving the performance of hot water delivery to large homes and commercial installations. Demand Duo consisted of commercial products to suit all areas of industry, with single units through to large skid/pre-packaged units sent Australia wide including all major country towns. Demand Duo hot water services were also exported to the United Kingdom, China, Singapore, New Zealand, Taiwan, Fiji and the Cook Islands. Ken personally travelled the country to launch, educate and train the industry on the dramatic and innovative hot water system change. During this product development, Ken provided the inspiration to companies such as Rinnai and Beasley relationship, to enter development of continuous flow domestic solar hot water units. In June 2005 Ken sold Demand Duo and his manufacturing facility to the Rinnai Corporation. Rinnai has since maintained that manufacturing base in Adelaide and has continued to grow the brand to make it one of its best performers internationally. Ken's aim to produce energy efficient domestic and commercial hot water services and lead the change in to the 21st century was fulfilled. celebrating 25 years
In August 2008 Ken and staff celebrated 25 years of Ken Hall Plumbers by writing and producing a musical play called 'Give Ken A Call: the Musical'. This ambitious and substantial project involved Ken singing, the staff acting, narration from Adelaide identity Peter Goers and backup singing from the Flaming Sambucas. Playing to a full house at the Promethean Theatre, this was another example of Ken's innovative flair. ken hall plumbers company information
