We are seeking a motivated Plumber / Gasfitter to join our growing division working closely with all team members across residential, commercial and maintenance projects.

Role responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

  • All areas of residential plumbing / gasfitting work including maintenance, leak detection & repairs, drain camera inspections, renovations and more
  • Commercial maintenance
  • Providing detailed reports
  • Providing pictorial evidence on completion
  • Ability to work autonomously and run your own works

Experience & qualifications required:

  • Current South Australian plumbing & gas fitting qualifications & certificates
  • Current SA Driver’s license
  • Current White Card
  • National Police Clearance & DCSI clearance (preferred)
  • Previous experience in residential and or commercial plumbing maintenance
  • Excellent problem solving and teamwork ability
  • Great customer service skills

As a customer service team member, you will work closely with a team and also work autonomously every day. You will need to enjoy talking to people on the phone and be able to offer exceptional service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Answering and directing a high volume of incoming calls
  • Allocating and scheduling work orders efficiently to the field team
  • Following work orders with our tradesmen and clients to ensure the highest level of service
  • Scanning, data entry and other administrative duties
  • Liaising with customers, Property Managers and clients daily
  • Communicating and liaising with the internal administration team to keep records up to date
  • Ensuring that daily work schedules for trade staff are accurately recorded and all information and job notes are up to date
  • Facilitating team work and ensuring best practice processes across the Customer Service Coordination team


You will need

  • Proven experience handling a high volume of incoming calls (call-centre experience desirable)
  • Solid knowledge of suburbs and scheduling work
  • A genuine passion for providing excellent customer service
  • Excellent presentation as you are the "Face of the Company"
  • A "can do attitude" committed to getting the job done
  • Self- motivated with the ability to adapt to changing working environments
  • Resilient to daily work challenges
  • Intermediate Computer Skills – including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills both on the telephone and face-to-face
  • Enjoy working in a team environment and be willing to help others
  • Previous experience in Customer Service delivery
  • Simpro knowledge advantageous
