- This is a minor preventative maintenance service only.
- It does not include deep internal coil cleaning, gas top-ups, or major repairs.
- One indoor and one outdoor unit only; additional units will incur extra charges.
- Eligibility:
- Available for residential customers only.
- Properties must be within our standard service areas. A call-out fee may apply to remote or outlying locations.
- Booking & Payment:
- Bookings must be made via phone, website, or email.
- Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise arranged in writing.
- Filter Replacement:
- Includes replacement of filter media type only, if required.
- Disposable filters are not included and will be quoted separately if needed.
- Non-standard or specialty media may incur an additional fee.
- Access Requirements:
- Customer must ensure clear and safe access to all units.
- If access is not available, service may be rescheduled or incur a failed attendance fee.
- Limitations:
- This service does not guarantee full system performance restoration.
- Technicians may recommend further servicing if faults are identified.
- Cancellations:
- No-shows or inaccessible sites may be charged the full service rate.
- Warranty & Liability:
- No warranties are expressed or implied on system performance post-service.

Safety Switch
Fault Finding Switchboard Inspection
Service Includes
- A qualified electrician will come to your home and carry out a visual inspection over the switchboard, as well as any other areas relevant to potential electrical faults.
- Visual inspection and testing of switchboard and associated circuits by a licensed Ken Hall electrician.
Terms and Conditions
- Defective equipment will be quoted by the technician onsite.
- Excludes replacement of any defective equipment.
- Inspection cost doesn't cover any repairs, or additional services.
- Urgent calls or make-safe services are not covered by inspection fee.
- Inspection fee covers up to 45 minutes maximum of fault finding and inspection services.

Interior Home Painting

Terms and Conditions
- Includes the supply of paint and application of two (2) coats to internal walls, ceilings, and cornices only.
- Standard paint supplied is water-based Taubmans Low Sheen for walls and Taubmans Ceiling Flat for ceilings and cornices, unless otherwise specified.
- Any request for alternative paint brands, finishes, colours, premium products, or specialist coatings may incur additional charges.
- This allowance does not include the use of oil-based paints or the preparation and painting of surfaces previously coated with oil-based paint. Any such works will be assessed separately and quoted as a variation if required.
- Unless otherwise stated, this offer excludes repairs to damaged surfaces, patching, mould treatment, stain blocking, sanding, or additional preparation beyond normal paint-ready surfaces.
