Workmanship

Our workmanship warranties provide total peace of mind across all of our core trade services – Plumbing, Electrical, Gasfitting, Roofing and Tiling.

3 Month Warranty – Our labour is covered by a 3 month warranty period. We provide a 3 month labour warranty on all small plumbing, electrical and roofing maintenance repair jobs such as leaking taps, blocked drains and leaking toilets.

12 Month Warranty – Larger plumbing, electrical, gasfitting, roofing or tiling maintenance repair jobs, including shower base repairs, gas heater repairs, and gutter replacements are covered under a 12 month labour warranty period.

7 Year Warranty – Complete bathroom renovations and complete roof replacements are covered under a 7 year workmanship warranty. We provide a HIA contract document for complete renovation projects.

Lifetime Warranty – Many of the parts and products we use contain a lifetime warranty. We provide brochures and manufacturer warranty information for all products we install.

Product Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of the products we source and install; choosing only to work with reputable, reliable suppliers.

We are also the warranty service agents for all the best brands and understand the specific manufacturers installation requirements to achieve the best long-term results.

*In addition to your rights under law, we warrant that our workmanship; and materials supplied by us, will, within industry acceptable standards and tolerances, be free of defects at the time of completion of installation.

*All products installed are covered by the individual manufacturer’s warranty information

Discounts and Voucher Redemption

Entertainment Book – The Entertainment Book voucher entitles the voucher holder to a 20% discount off any of our services, up to the value of $100. The voucher must be disclosed at the time of booking in order to the access the discount. Not to be used in conjunction with any other discount offer voucher or special promotion.

Senior Discounts – Senior Card holders are entitled to a 6% discount off all our services, up to the value of $60. Customers may be asked to present their Senior Card to receive the discount. Not to be used in conjunction with any other discount offer voucher or special promotion.

Club Member Sponsorship Discount – Ken Hall donate vouchers to numerous charity events as well as distribute to customers. Vouchers are in denominations of $50 or $100 and have a 2 year expiry. Vouchers can be used in conjunction with any other discount offer, voucher or special promotion.

*Only one of the above options is to be applied to any on invoice. The Entertainment Book and Seniors Card discount is not to be used in conjunction with any other discount offer, voucher or special promotion (including gutter cleaning, gas heater servicing etc).

Complaints Procedure

We strive to provide a consistent excellent level of service and quality of workmanship, however if you feel that we have not upheld these standards please contact our Customer Service Manager as soon as possible to discuss your concerns. We treat complaints with priority and aim to resolve any problems promptly.

We endeavour to always be compassionate and understanding towards any concerns and queries and to come to a satisfactory conclusion as quickly as possible. If your complaint cannot be dealt with immediately, we will keep you up to date on its progress.

Invoice Discrepancies

Our aim is to quote and charge with accuracy. Our ‘on time, every time’ motto and accurate pricing systems ensure this is reinforced within our company culture.

In the rare event of an enquiry, we can cross reference our job tracking system and are more than happy to share our job completion and tracking report with our clients. Any invoice concerns will be investigated thoroughly.
