Our service doesn’t finish when we leave your home. If you have any problem with your works after we have left, please call our team and we guarantee we will fix it.
Our workmanship warranties provide total peace of mind.
3 Month Warranty - We provide a 3 month warranty on all small maintenance repair jobs such as leaking taps, blocked drains, leaking toilets. Our labour is covered for 3 months.
12 Month Warranty - All other repairs are covered under a 12 month workmanship warranty.
7 Year Warranty - Our full bathroom renovations and roof replacements include a 7 year workmanship warranty.
Lifetime Warranty - Many of the parts and products we use contain a lifetime warranty. We provide brochures and warranty information for all products we install.

We are service agents for all the best brands meaning you don’t have to deal with long waits and shifting of blame from suppliers – we fix it for you and charge them!

Discounts and Voucher Redemption
Entertainment Book - The Entertainment Book Voucher entitles the voucher holder to a 20% discount off any of our services, up to the value of $100. The voucher must be presented in order to access the discount. One voucher only to be used per transaction. Not to be used in conjunction with any other discount offer, voucher or special promotion.
Seniors Discount - Senior Card holders are entitled to a 6% discount off all our services, up to the value of $60. Customers may be asked to present their Senior Card to receive the discount. Not to be used in conjunction with any other discount offer, voucher or special promotion.
Club Member Sponsorship Discount - Ken Hall Plumbers sponsor and support various bowls, tennis and community clubs around South Australia. At clubs where we are an official sponsor, club members are entitled to a 10% discount off any of our services upon presentation of the discount flyer, to the value of $100. Discount flyers are distributed to each club at the start of each season. Customers must disclose that they have a flyer at the time of booking. Not to be used in conjunction with any other discount offer, voucher or special promotion.
Ken Hall Plumbers Vouchers - Ken Hall Plumbers donate vouchers to numerous charity events as well as distribute to customers. Vouchers are in denominations of $50 or $100 and have a 2 year expiry. Vouchers can be used across any of our services. Customers must disclose they have a voucher at the time of booking. Not to be used in conjunction with any other discount offer, voucher or special promotion.

We treat complaints with priority and aim to resolve any problem promptly.
We endeavour to always be compassionate and understanding towards any concerns and queries that you may have and do everything we can to come to a satisfactory conclusion as quickly as possible.
Any concerns you may have relating to work carried out will be investigated fully by our Customer Service team who will then help to resolve your issue. All complaints have our full attention and will be handled in an efficient and confidential manner.
If your complaint cannot be dealt with immediately, we will keep you up to date on its progress.
Our aim is to quote and charge with accuracy. Our ‘on time, every time’ motto and accurate pricing systems ensure this is reinforced within our company culture.
In the rare event of an enquiry, any discrepancies over time arrival and duration of jobs can be cleared up immediately, as we can cross reference invoices with our job tracking system. We are more than happy to share our job completion and tracking report with our clients.
Concerns regarding overcharging for work carried out can be investigated. If it is found that a customer has been overcharged a refund for the amount can be issued.
